Color

Depth of Field
 The only picture that there is really depth of field in is the picture of the leaf. I took this picture in super macro mode. So there appears to be depth of field in the picture.

Exposure
 For exposure I shoot all my pictures underexposed. I think my pictures look better when they are shot underexposed. I think when the pictures are a little darker the detail comes out a little better.

Lighting
 Again, with lighting I try and keep my picture a little darker. I think it looks better overall. And the detail is a little better, and more noticeable. For all of these pictures, it was natural lighting from the sun. And it was kind of a dark day so there wasn't much light anyway.

Lines
 For each picture it has its own lines. For each picture there are different lines, and had to be shot differently. I changed each picture before I shot it, so that it would look better.

Color/Value
 Each picture has its own color value. Depending on what picture I shot I changed how I was shooting it. Some pictures need more of something to look better. For instance, the picture of the leaf has really nice color with mostly red, but also has a little green in it as well.

Composition
 This is a mixture of everything I talked about. Between lines and color. Or lighting and exposure. Everything works together to give you the best picture possible picture.

1. Depth of Field

There is a little bit of depth of field in this picture because it is the sky. When you look at the sky you can look out as far as you can and you kind a depth of field kind of effect. I was zoomed in a little bit. So that would've given the effect as well. Overall there isn't a lot of depth of field.

2. Exposure

For exposure I made it a little bit dark. I like shooting my pictures a little under exposed because I think it looks  better. I think that it also gives it better detail and color. I think overall the picture looks better a little bit under exposed. Only a little bit though.

3. Lighting

For my lighting I had the natural light from the sun. But like I said before I like when my pictures come out a little dark. So I made sure regardless of the sunlight that the picture what turn out a little dark. I think with this picture I got the perfect amount of lighting.

4. Lines

I couldn't really do much for lines since it's a picture of the clouds. But I could when I had to find the right line in the trees. So that not just the clouds were showing. But also had to make sure that not to much of the trees was showing.

5. Color/Value

Like I said previously I like making my end result picture a little darker than most people would make it. I think that color is definitely one of the most important things in a picture. (For Digital Photography). When I shot this picture I had to make sure that the value of the clouds was truly seen. Also the actual sky.

6. Composition

With putting all of these things together while I was shooting this picture, made this picture what it looks like. I don't think I would change anything. Im pretty happy with how everything turned out. I think the thing I like most is being able to see the clouds really well. Along with the actual blue color of the sky.

Collage

1. Depth of Field and Focus

 For some of my pictures I took the picture up close in super macro mode. This created some good depth of field on some of my pictures. For my leaf picture I took it in super macro mode giving me a sharp focus upfront and a little blur in the back. Same thing in the up close fly and flower. The fly is in focus but not the whole flower.

2. Exposure

For exposure I changed it depending on witch picture I took. For instance, the dark purple flower I made the exposure darker to make it look better. I think it gives the picture more detail and makes it better to look at. Same idea with the berries. I made the exposure darker so that there was more shine and color to the picture.

3. Lighting

My lighting was pretty good for most of these pictures. For some of them it was harder to get good lighting because I was in the forest. The trees would block a lot of my light. So I had to use a tripod for some of these. But for the ones that weren' t blocked by trees, it was really up to me how much light I would use for the end result picture.

4. Lines

I tried to use some lines of the things I was taking pictures of to make my picture look better. Using lines and the rule of thirds. Using these made some of my pictures turn out better. Sometimes it's cool to use diagonal lines. It can put a weird twist on your end result picture.

5. Colors/Value

For colors I tried to get a wide variety. So that when I put my pictures altogether for my collage it looks colorful and exciting. Using the same colors in your pictures can start to look boring. Also the intensity/darkness/lightness of your pictures can help make a good looking collage. I personally like using darker colors, I think it gives the best contrast and detail.

6. Composition

I used exposure to get a better looking better detailed picture. I used lighting not by choice but by what the sun provided when I was in the forest. I used rule of thirds because pictures dead in the center generally don't look good. I used depth of field when I shot my up close super macro mode pictures. I used framing to get just the part I wanted everyone to see in my picture.
